Split Workgroups into Sub-Groups
There may be a time where the Workgroup needs to be split into smaller sub-groups. This might be used to split leads among a team, or split a group to make phone calls or visits in bite size groups. This is an advanced option.

Filter for Manual Notes
In Advanced Search, we have a new filter for Last Manual Note Date. This will filter on the notes that have been added by users. It will ignore all notes from workflows, emails, etc and just show contacts that have notes from a user within the selected time frame.  

*Data collection for this started March 2023. We do not have data going backwards. This will be a more valuable feature going forward as we gather more data.*

Contact Notes – Include System Notes
When you go to a contact, the notes will show Manual Notes (notes made by the user). If you want to also see all of the System Notes, check the Include System Notes box. Your selection will be remembered until you change it. The note count will always include the System Notes and the Manual Notes, even if you are not including system notes in your view.

Expanded Color Palette 
There are more color options for Dashboard Widgets. All existing colors are still available, there are now more options.



Search Libraries
There is now a search option in Email Templates, Workflows, Landing Pages and Flags. When you search for an item, you will need to remove the search if you want to see all again.

Deal Settings Screen
The Deal Settings screen has been updated. The edit, the arrows to move the placement on the Deal, and the delete are hidden until you have your mouse over that field.

Enhanced Search Options
You can now use a pipe “|” character to combine multiple searches. This is advanced AND really fast if you combine with the search hotkey! These extra examples are in the SEARCH tips.

Email Blast – Confirm Scheduled Blast
When sending an Email Blast, if it is scheduled for the future, the confirmation will now show the scheduled details.

Tip on Workflow Send Email Notification
We’ve added a note so that users will know that the Email Notifications in a Workflow will include the contact’s information.

Tag without an Icon
There is now an option to create a Tag without an icon. This will be the default option when creating a new Tag.

Dashboard Widget Refresh – Refreshes All
When you use the refresh option on one of the Dashboard Widgets, it will refresh the count on all widgets.

Input Field Enhancement
Input fields will be enhanced throughout the system. You will see field labels being moved from to the left of the field to be inside the field. As you click to add data to a field, the label will move to the top of the field. You will find this in the Mail Merge Profile and more places to come.

Email Blast Analytics will now post using the user time zone. This is instead of using the email sending server time as it was.
