I was on a webinar with some smart software people on Friday.
They encouraged software companies like ours (and yours), NOT to stay silent on the COVID-19 problem and to tell customers that you are still open for business and fully operational. Because a lot of companies are not.
This is just to communicate to your customers that you are still there for them.
They recommended NOT doing a long email from the CEO, like we are all getting tons of! (unless your customers can benefit from such a message)
So just so you know what we are doing…
